Project Description
Urbanization located in Arabaca, on the outskirts of the city of Madrid, Spain.
It includes 22 luxury homes located in the Madrid area of Aravaca. These are homes with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, ground floors with gardens and penthouses. The common areas have swimming pools, large landscaped spaces, a children’s play area, a security system with a video surveillance cabin, etc.
Each home has a Bes KNX control for lighting, climate and technical alarms (flood, intrusion and fire), all viewed and controlled through a home automation video intercom or screen with web server. This allows to control the installation both locally and remotely, as well as to receive push notifications or emails in case of activation of a technical alarm.
